RETURN POLICY

    We at Wake and Vape are here to help! We will gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, and defective items as long as they are undamaged and were not misused or improperly cared for. All return merchandise must be notified within 14 days since order receipt and must be accompanied by RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. As long as the RMA request was filled in before the 14 day return window, your return will still be eligible. To obtain a RMA number please fill out our RMA Form
    Because it's just gross, we do not accept returns on cartomizers, atomizers, and e-liquids or e-juices.
    Refunds may be issued as a Credit Card Refund or Store Credit.

    Restocking Fee
    • For unopened and unused items, they were will be a 10% restocking fee when applicable.
    • If there is a manufacturer defect, the restocking fee will of course be waived

    Order Cancellations
    • For order cancellations, you must use our Contact Us form and try to submit your order cancellation as early as possible. Not using this form may cause your cancellation request to be overseen and we cannot implement the cancellation. Cancellations done less than 24 hours may not be processed in time, but we will try our best. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order regardless.

    Dead On Arrival, Missing, or Wrong Items
    • All DOA item claims must be reported back to us within 72 hours from the time of delivery. We will provide a return label when the item is DOA.
  • For missing & wrong items claims must be made within 48 hours from time of delivery.
  • Remember, it is up to you to inspect your items carefully upon receiving it. Minor scratches, cosmetic damages, and slight discolorations are considered normal wear and tear and will not be covered by our return policy or warranty.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    • All returns (unless otherwise stated - such as DOA returns) the customer is resposible for shipping the items back to us. We cannot process a return until we received the items.
    • Wake and Vape is glad to carry the burden of shipping costs for replacement items, but shipping to us is still the customers responsibility.
    • It is the customers responsbility to make sure the returns arrive to us safely, Wake and Vape is not responsbible for any lost packages.
    • We reccomend always sending packages either First Class Registered with Tracking, or Priority Mail (which has $100 included insurance)

    Refused Items
    • If it is Wake and Vape's fault (sorry we are human!) we will provide a return label to resend out the correct items.
    • The correct items will not be sent until the wrong items are received
